Day 09 - Face
What a day! This year is getting worse rather than better... Tonight I got a phone call from CJ saying he's at the police station... He got threatened to be stabbed unless he hands over his phone! Now one face I would like to get hold of is the little punk's who did that to my kid! Luckily the police apprehended a "male fitting the description" and are pretty confident it is him. Despite this, I took a couple of minutes out and quickly took a photo for today's words.

ReplyDeletesorry girls... yes, it is a cotton wool ball :) and no, cj isnt doing too good... he is very anxious and doesnt want to go near the area where it happened (understandably)... unfortunately there wasnt enough evidence to actually push for a court hearing though we have handed in some new evidence which (fingers crossed) may yet lead to prosecution, at this stage we just have to reassure CJ that it was "wrong time, wrong place" scenario as he is terrified that they will come after him. So, lots of additional stresses on top of what i had been dealing with anyway. Thank you all for asking :)

DeleteI hope all will be okay and your son will get past his anxiety. It is a shame that things like this happen to innocent people.
